We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Technician to join our growing team at our Mohawk, MI office. The Electrical Technician will work closely with Controls Engineers and the Electrical Team to build and install electrical systems. In this role, you will play a key part in the fabrication and installation of electrical systems for our projects. You will leverage your electrical expertise to build, install, and troubleshoot industrial control systems.
Role and Responsibilities:
Build industrial control panels, wire machines, and robot cells
Work with multiple voltages including 480VAC, 120VAC, and 24VDC
Lay out, drill, tap, and assemble electrical sub-panels and enclosures
Assist in the startup, commissioning and troubleshooting of new or existing equipment
Work with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and various sensors
Read electrical schematics and document changes with redlines
Operate forklifts, trucks, and trailers
Occasional travel estimated at 20%

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to join our growing team. The Process Engineer will work closely with other Process Engineers, Controls Engineers, Process Installation and Fabrication, vendors, and customers. In this role, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes in food and dairy plants across the country. You will leverage your engineering expertise to design and implement custom dairy processing solutions.
Role and Responsibilities:
Work with the project team to develop and implement customer-driven manufacturing process improvements.
Analyze and optimize existing dairy processing systems to increase efficiency, yield, and product quality.
Collaborate with all groups in our team, including controls/automation, mechanical, fabrication and installation.
Specify, create, and manage the bill of materials for our systems
Use AutoCAD Plant 3D to create 2D process and instrumentation diagrams as well as 3D models
Work with customers to clearly understand and define the solution we are providing them.
Work closely with vendors to specify and order the components for our systems.
Assist senior engineers in the execution and installation of systems of all types and sizes.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in dairy process engineering.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards (3-A, FDA, PMO, ANSI, ASME)
Operate forklifts, trucks, and trailers
Must satisfactorily comply with alcohol and controlled substance company policies
Travel 30% of the time
Within the continental United States (CONUS) majority of the time and rarely outside of the CONUS
Typically for 9 days at a time, but could be shorter or longer based on project need

The Process Installation Foreman will lead and coordinate the installation of process systems at customer sites. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in pipe fitting and welding, and the ability to effectively collaborate with customers, project managers, and engineers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Must be willing and able to relocate to the Siren, WI area.
Role and Responsibilities:
Manage pipe fitters and process welders, including subcontractors, in a manufacturing environment
Work with customers, project managers, and engineers
Ensure quality control and that installations meet project specifications
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or delays on the job site
Manage materials and inventory on job sites
Train and mentor other team members

We are seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to join our team at our Delano or Menahga, MN office. We are open to making the Mohawk, MI location work for the right candidate. The Senior Controls Engineer will lead controls-related projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll be responsible for design, parts ordering, and making sure projects are on schedule and successful. You'll work with other engineers and customers and occasionally travel with the sales team for proposals.

Leading controls-related projects ranging from 40 to 2,000+ hours
