Milk and all of its components are a major part of our customers’ dairy products. We create large intake systems to start the milk transformation, and support milk receiving, pasteurization, batching for flavors, and bottling. Creative standardization solutions help customers' product development and consistency.

Broad aspects of butter production are supported by our company. We help with unloading milk and pasteurizing, batching, and helping to create the software supporting a system to produce products. With customers, we work to modernize plant control systems and operations.

MT works extensively with string cheese producers from conception and design to finalizing production. Experience in all areas of production includes unique work with redundant systems to enable continuous production.

Protein Powder
Our customers benefit when we standardize whey protein concentrations with volumetric feeders. This ensures correct protein concentrations, improving product consistency and profitability. Through automation, process piping, and packaged product handling, MT effectively supports large dryer installations.

Ice Cream
Beginning with raw ingredients, we help customers pasteurize and batch with different flavors to produce ice cream. Projects make use of core processes for multiple types of dairy products to help customers manage costs.

Feta Cheese
MT is skilled with the gentle handling of feta cheese and assists customers with start-to-finish production. Our projects take feta from raw cheese to completed pallets ready to ship. Creative solutions have improved the operation of customers’ brine systems by treating brine – which helps sustainability – and eliminating waste.

Yogurt
We help customers start with raw ingredients, batching and fermenting it to create yogurt in bulk form to send to the fillers. Afterwards, we ensure safe and sanitary production with a CIP system.

Hard Italian Cheeses
We create consistent and efficient mechanical automation systems, and have introduced robots that successfully handle multiple blocks of cheese simultaneously. This helps ensure product consistency and increases throughput.

Cream Cheese
Product lines for customers are improved by our balancing and high-speed pick-and-place solutions. Cream cheese packages from two fillers are merged by a line-balancing cell into a single stream. The outcome feeds the case-packing system with a consistent, balanced, well-grouped product.
